Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with BankDocs.net (“we”, “us”, “our”) you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Nature of Our Products
BankDocs.net produces high-quality replica document templates for use in film, theatre, television, education, personal prop use, and other legitimate creative or educational contexts.
All documents supplied by BankDocs.net are replica items only. They are not genuine official documents and are not issued by any government body, financial institution, employer, or utility provider. They carry no legal authority or official standing of any kind.
Every document we produce is clearly marked or watermarked as a replica where technically feasible without compromising the visual integrity required for the stated purpose.
Permitted Use
You may only use our replica documents for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Film, television, and theatrical productions
- Educational demonstrations and training materials

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are the named individual on the document or have full authorisation from that individual to request the document. You accept sole and full responsibility for how you use any item supplied by us.
Prohibited Use

Any such use is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent use of replica documents is a criminal offence under the Fraud Act 2006 and other applicable legislation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation of misuse.
Orders and Delivery
All orders are accepted subject to our ability to fulfil the requested specification. We reserve the right to decline any order at our absolute discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Standard delivery is by email as a high-resolution PDF within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Printed copies are dispatched by post within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal service disruptions or email delivery failures.
Revisions
We offer unlimited free revisions on all orders until you are satisfied with the result, provided revision requests are made within 14 days of the original delivery and relate to the original specification. Changes to the original specification after delivery may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, and visual assets produced by BankDocs.net remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered document for the stated purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any document or template supplied by us.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BankDocs.net shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from the misuse of any document we supply. Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
We make no representation that our products are suitable for any purpose beyond those stated in these terms, and disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
